Availability of Stock

We try our best to keep stock levels up to date. Should the item that you ordered be out of stock we will refund you the purchase price immediately.

If the item you require is out of stock please contact us and we may be able to locate the item for you.

Currency

All prices are shown and processed in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Silk and More reserves the right to amend product pricing at any time.

Payment

Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, or direct credit. We do not hold any payment details on record. If you wish to pay by direct credit please email enquiries@silkandmore.co.nz with your order.

Goods will not be shipped until payment has been received in full.

The name that will appear on your bank statement will be Silk and More.

Product Representation

We try our best to provide the most accurate descriptions, images and colour representation for all of our products, however, please be aware that images may display differently on different screens.

Shipping

Free standard shipping on all New Zealand orders $200 and over. For orders under $200 shipping is $10.

All orders placed with Silk and More will be processed within two working days. Delivery will take between one to three working days (please allow an extra working day for rural deliveries).

As all deliveries require a signature (except rural deliveries), a physical address where a delivery can be signed for between 9am and 5pm needs to be provided when placing an order. Delivery cannot be made to a PO Box.

Postage and handling charges include a tracking number and insurance. Once the delivery has been signed for, responsibility for the goods passes to the buyer.

Currently we only deliver within New Zealand. If you are located outside of New Zealand please send us an email at enquiries@silkandmore.co.nz and we will do our best to assist.

There is no extra charge for deliveries to rural addresses.
