Terms & Conditions


All orders placed with Silk and More will be processed within two working days. Delivery will take between one to three working days (please allow an extra working day for rural deliveries).

As all deliveries require a signature (except rural deliveries), a physical address where a delivery can be signed for between 9am and 5pm needs to be provided when placing an order. Delivery cannot be made to a PO Box.

Postage and handling charges include a tracking number and insurance. Once the delivery has been signed for, responsibility for the goods passes to the buyer.

Currently we only deliver within New Zealand. If you are located outside of New Zealand please send us an email at enquiries@silkandmore.co.nz and we will do our best to assist.

We use Poste Haste couriers and the rates are:

Medium $5.00 $12.00 $16.00
Large $5.00 $14.00 $20.00

Please email enquiries@silkandmore.co.nz for shipping rates if you are located in the Hauraki Gulf, Stewart Island or Chatham Island.

There is no extra charge for deliveries to rural addresses.

Availability of Stock

We try our best to keep stock levels as up to date. Should the item that you ordered be out of stock we will refund you the purchase price immediately.

If the item you require is out of stock please contact us and we may be able to locate the item for you.


All prices are shown in NZ dollars and include GST.


Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, or direct credit. We do not hold any payment details on record. If you wish to pay by direct credit please email enquiries@silkandmore.co.nz with your order. Goods will not be shipped until payment has been received in full.

The name that will appear on your bank statement will be Silk and More.

Returns, refunds, cancellation and exchanges

Once an order has been placed online we are unable to cancel it. Please select carefully before placing an order, as we will not refund for change of mind purchases due to the nature of the products sold by Silk and More. 

If any item purchased from Silk and More is faulty or has a defect we will replace the unused item or alternatively refund the purchase price if a replacement is not available.

Yes No Maybe Limited, trading as Silk and More, is located at 24 Margaret Place, Milford, Auckland. Please note this is the premises of the Silk and More office only. No products are able to be purchased directly from this address.
